My Home in the Jenkintown Borough
Hey, I’m Haley, this blog is about my 1930’s multifamily home in Jenkintown, PA. Offering design-forward real estate insight whenever I feel like it. I write about home updates, interior design projects, and my real estate career. I cover areas across Montgomery County, Bucks County, and Philadelphia. I have spent my life constantly reimagining, redecorating, repainting and rearranging rooms. I grew up dreaming of future spaces on Pinterest, buying furniture years before I had a place to put it, and obviously watched endless amounts of home renovation shows.
My business is a culmination of my life experiences, a blend of creativity, craftsmanship, an actual understanding of homes, both as functional spaces and as places to personalize. Haley’s Homes started out as an instagram account, where I shared my favorite home designs before earning my real estate license at 22, while working full time for a prominent, commercial general contracting company.
A couple of years later, I was able to purchase and renovate a multifamily home in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, while representing myself as my own agent. This blog is all about my 1930’s multifamily home in Jenkintown, PA, in the Philadelphia suburbs. Real estate isn’t just about buying or selling a property, it’s about creating intentional spaces that honor a home’s character while fitting the way you actually live today.
I’m all about keeping the historic character while layering in fresh, timeless updates that make a space work for real life. Creating intentional, design-forward spaces while blending historic character and weaving wellness into intentional, modern living.
Haley’s Homes is continuously evolving. Supported by industry recognized licenses and certifications, and close to a decade of experience. Managing my own multifamily home has also given me firsthand insight into the everyday challenges of ownership and into what it takes to keep a home happy!
In my free time, you can find me dreaming up creative home ideas, browsing real estate listings, traveling, cooking healthy meals and leaning into wellness! My home is always a work in progress…it’s come a long way, little by little. Each day brings it closer to the vision I’ve imagined while also showcasing the work I’ve poured into it, the lessons I’ve learned, and is a forever evolving portfolio of my designs.
